The Culpepper Law Firm, P.C. regularly advises and represent clients before numerous state and federal agencies.  Our attorneys have represented clients in a variety of regulatory matters, including state and local taxation.  As a Colorado Department of Revenue professional for 15 years, Ms. Culpepper handled thousands of tax compliance matters, and was an expert in state and local taxation in the United States Bankruptcy Court.  Ms. Culpepper has defended clients as to liquor code violations and is involved in the MMJ business community.  Further, Ms. Culpepper has defended employer clients in Colorado Department of Labor, federal EEOC and other regulatory issues.
